Key Responsibilities

  • Handling end-to-end recruitment activities from pipelining, sourcing, selection, offers negotiation to onboarding.
  • Implement and optimize Generative AI solutions to revolutionize candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement processes.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline, automate, and digitalize recruitment workflows while enhancing the candidate experience. Use metrics to create hiring dashboard and identify areas of improvement (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire).
  • Forge strategic partnerships with educational institutions and organizations to build sustainable talent pipelines through targeted events, internships, and recruitment campaigns. 

 

Requirements

  • Possess a University degree in business administration, human resources, or related field, with at least 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition roles
  • Demonstrated experience implementing AI technologies (particularly GenAI) in recruitment processes. Passion for technology and its application in transforming HR processes
  • Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment across diverse roles and levels in inhouse corporate setting
  • Comprehensive understanding of local employment regulations
  • Good communication (both written and spoken), stakeholder management, and analytical skills
  • Advanced proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. SuccessFactor, Workday), social media platforms, and specialized job boards
